Le'Fevre Personal Care, Inc.

VISION: To enrich the value of life for the people we serve within their community.

ABOUT US

OUR HISTORY

Founded in 2001, Le’Fevre Personal Care, Inc. (LPC) is an organization dedicated solely to serving adults with intellectual disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.

Characteristically, individuals served at  Le’Fevre Personal Care are 18 years of age or older with a primary diagnosis of an intellectual disability, down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, other developmental disability, or have experienced a traumatic brain injury.

While residential services were our building blocks, LPC now offers an array of services designed to promote independence, support individuality and deliver comprehensive care.  All of our programs are designed to help men and women lead lives that reflect quality, value, self-worth, and achievement.

Our focus on individual development and personal care includes: Residential services, individualized service plans, daily health monitoring, health and safety advocacy , nutritionally balanced meals, individualized case management, counseling services, occupational therapy, vocational training and job placement, community inclusion activities, creative and performing arts,  recreational wellness activities, in-home family support, and medical supply services.

OUR MISSION

Our MISSION is opportunity and choice for the developmentally disabled!  It is rooted in a chance to be choosy; it is increasing the loudness of voices of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities; it is fused with a desire for fulfillment and access to life in as many layers as they choose in a safe, forgiving and joyous atmosphere.

OUR VISION

It is the VISION of LPC to enrich the value of life for the people we serve within their community.
